OUR INSPECTORS

Each of our Discovery 2025 Inspectors are licensed in the Province of British Columbia under the Business Practices & Consumer Protection Authority. To compliment a construction or renovation background, each inspector is also trained and certified as a graduate of a rigorous Home Inspection program.

We are governed by the standards and ethics of our associations and are fully insured with both Errors & Omissions Insurance as well as General Liability policies.

As strong believers in lifelong learning, we all make it a priority to regularly enrich our skills with new courses and to attend educational industry conferences and seminars annually in order to keep our education and knowledge up-to-date.

Our client’s presence is always welcomed at the inspection so that they are able to learn about the home in detail once it is inspected. Most people find that meeting with the inspector on-site for a walk through and summary of the findings once the inspection has been completed works very well for them.

For out-of-town clients who cannot be present at the time of inspection, or for those who are unable to meet on site, a telephone consultation regarding all of the details of the inspection and related findings is often more convenient.

A clear and comprehensive inspection report containing photographs and details about the inspector’s findings will be provided at the conclusion of the inspection and post inspection consultation by telephone is always free and only a phone call away.
